This puts the item in a meta-list: Starred items (this will come up again in the Apple Watch app section). Each item on the list can be starred by tapping the star icon next to it. Not the iCloud preferences nor Internet Accounts. But not through the Mac system preferences. Can't sign into iCloud on Mojave 10.14.6 no documented solutions are working I can sign into iCloud on my iPhone, iPad, and even the appstore on my Mac.
